We want you to love your Hana pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
